Giving Week

A week to give back to our residents.

St. Jude Common opened its door in 1989 as a Congregate Housing Facility for Seniors with Low to Medium Income. Since its inception we have welcomed many new residents who have safely aged in place over the last 30 plus years.

As our residents have successfully aged in place, the facility is now in need of updates and repairs. Your donation to our facility maintenance upgrades goals could support the following projects:

New “St. Jude Common” street sign.

Additional landscaping such as tree removal, new flower boxes and plants and flowers.

Additional heating sources for our Garden Floor level for the six (6) residential apartments and one community laundry room.

Two (2) washing machines for on-site laundry needs for residents and three (3) dryers. Estimated cost $5,185.00

A new oven for our kitchen to help prepare the congregate meals in the Stanley dining room. Estimated cost $15,000.00

St. Jude Residents Association
